Interest is paid monthly on the date/dates determined by the terms of the loan agreement and on the date of the final loan repayment. It is possible to provide a deferral of repayment for the period set by the Bank. The structure of collateral depends on the loan term and amount (in case of a pledge in form of real estate, a loan is provided after state registration of the pledge agreement). The loan product is issued to the borrower’s current Bank account.

To apply for a loan you need to come to the Bank’s office for consultation with a specialist of the Credit Department. During the meeting, the Bank’s specialist will familiarize you with the list of documents required to receive a loan, advise on their form and content and answer all your questions, as well as provide the necessary application form for obtaining a loan.
